Deeds Not Creeds: What does it mean to be a unitarian universalist?

​As a UU congregation, we don't require that you believe a certain way, as do other religions. We have members of all faiths (and also those who don't believe in a deity at all). We respect each other's unique spiritual journeys and support each other in our diverse paths.

Instead of creed or doctrine, we are guided by covenant, which means we have an agreement on how we will treat each other. We encourage each other to become our best selves. We are open and honest with each other. 

What does this mean for us as individuals and also how we support our community?
